PSHE

PSHE is taught in all departments across the school and covers

  • Relationships
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Living in the Wider World

Sex and Relationships Education is built into the PSHE and Science programmes of study and is age and development appropriate to support pupils to keep themselves safe in the wider world.

Parents are welcome to see teaching materials, syllabus and policy documents on request.

Parents will be notified when the specific teaching of sex education is to take place, and have the right to withdraw their children from these lessons except that which is required as part of National Curriculum Science.
